ROYAL FAQ
How many people does the Royal Experience include?
Two. The throne seats a couple, and the package covers both of you.
Can friends sit with us?
The throne is for two, but your friends can book regular seats for the same show. Stage Side puts them closest to you. For 9 or more, see group rates.
Is there really only one per show?
Yes. There’s one throne in the theatre, so each performance has one Royal Experience. Weekend and holiday-week nights go first.
What does "influence the show" mean?
You get the “Drunk Actor Check-In” bell and have the ability to ring it twice during the performance. After they complete a challenge, you decide whether the drunk actor drinks more.
Will we be pulled on stage?
You’re front and center, and there are moments where the cast will engage with you directly.Â
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes. Royal Experience gift tickets let them pick the night, and they work for any Drunk Shakespeare Society show in that city. Give the throne.
Can we change our date?
You can exchange for another date up to 48 hours before your show, subject to availability. Since there’s one throne per night, book your backup date early. See the full policies.
